Behold, a Glutton and a Drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!

People of today loves gossips and intrigues. Anything that is good is not "news" but when bad things come around, it reaches the headlines.

Same thing true with those who were called and chosen to spread the good news. People will always try to find fault on how they live their own personal lives.

The Lord Himself was not spared from these gossips and intrigues when they said that Jesus was a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners! But as the Lord said, "Wisdom is justified by her deeds" (Matthew 11:19).

If you want to be in the service of God, you must first examine your heart and mind. The purest of intention comes from the heart and not from the mind. Where ever your heart is, your mind will follow.

If you love Jesus, you will surely follow Him and the good deeds of His most sacred heart will definitely be manifested in your life.
